Hey!

So last time we left off talking about ways that you, as a sponsor, can stand out and make a great first impression before the event. But now, we want to discuss unique things for you to do during the event that will make you become more memorable and likable.

So to help you with this, here are 5 unique things that you can do during your event:

#1 DISPLAYING YOUR PRODUCTS

The way you present and display your products/merchandise can make all the difference in whether or not guests visit your station during the event. So if you have any cute tailored products or accessaries, then make them stand out! Intrigue and awe the guests as much as you can because the more you grab their attention, the more likely they will be to either Tweet about you or share photos about your supplies via Facebook. Which is great because this will ultimately increase brand awareness and visibility for you!

#2TAG YOUR PRODUCTS/MERCHANDISE

If you are sponsoring the event with food or other things that may need labeling, make sure to take the time to do so. It’s a nice and quick way to let the guests know where the fun treats are coming from. You never know who may like your products or who may want them at a future event, so make sure to let everyone know what your product/merchandise/service is and where they came from.

#3 PLAY GAMES

You’re there to sponsor and engage with event guests so don’t be shy to interact with them, because this is how you are going to get them to remember you, and how you are going to start building a relationship with them. Instead of just simply handing things away, get the guests to stay a while by having fun and playing some games with them. Make an experience out of it and make them want to choose your product/service.

#4 HAND OUT REWARDS

If you created any rewards on apps like Foursquare before the event, then event guests will be more than likely to visit your station during the event. Which is great! Because it’s a fun way to interact with them, and a great way for them to get to know your product/service. Acknowledge the guest for their efforts and participation in your “rewards game” and reward them for their time. This is a more fun way to distribute merchandise out, instead of just boringly handing it out to individuals.

#5 CREATE RAFFLES

Set up a raffle for the guests to partake in. This is another fun way to get everyone excited about your prizes and merchandise, and a way to get everyone to visit your station. Again, instead of just plainly giving away free stuff, give event guests a chance to interact and engage with you. Make yourself stand out from the other sponsors by doing unique things that no one else is doing.
