Just to make sure my point was relayed effectively, definitely thought the speakers were great, it only make it difficult when the Q&A is at the end of a series of three speakers, because it sometimes de-emphasizes the second and first speakers a touch more (more difficult to recall content from earlier). It also forces more general Qs to include all three. One thing I've done in panels I've put on are to allow for 2-3 questions after each talk (depends on time) for that specific speaker, and then offer general Q&A after (because I DO think it's great to have all of their perspective on a particular topic).
