They links are great- but sometimes, when there are a LOT of events its tough to catch it before the next link is up. If you're pressed for time, I'd be game with a bulleted list that I could follow as I listen to your video.

I would like to see the links stay the way they are but with a change. Have them listed under each episode would be nice. That way people could see a list instead of having to scroll left or right in the video to get to a link.
