It was an exceptionally gracious reception, and I was glad that MarketingProfs opened it up to the community as well as its conference participants. It was in the best spirit of social networking and community-building. As it was my first Tweetup, it will be the one all others are measured by, and I suspect at least initially, a very hard act to follow. The Tapas Tweetup provided me the opportunity to connect with some of the best (brightest and nicest) people in digital marketing. What's not to like about so many smart people and an open bar? Even bumped into Chris Brogan. As an attendee of the #mpb2b conference, it was a nice break after such a full first day of sessions.
