The Tapas Tweetup provided me the opportunity to connect with some of the best (brightest and nicest) people in digital marketing. It was an exceptionally gracious reception, and I was glad that MarketingProfs opened it up to the community as well as its conference participants. It was in the best spirit of social networking and community-building. As it was my first Tweetup, it will be the one all others are measured by, and I suspect at least initially, a very hard act to follow.
It was great. What's not to like about so many smart people and an open bar? Even bumped into Chris Brogan. As an attendee of the #mpb2b conference, it was a nice break after such a full first day of sessions. I liked the whole event. It was the first MarketingProfs event I've been to.
Good party... a little packed, but that comes with the territory. Good to see ppl I hadn't seen in a while and meet folks for the first time. Always nice to get out from behind the keyboard. Thanks for hosting!
I won a camera so I am biased, Meeting people I had only met on twitter was very enjoyable. It was only my 2nd tweetup the first being @jeffcutler 's in somerville. Meeting new people and connecting in RT is so enjoyable. On a scale of 5 I give it a 5.
