If you were to Google Kelsey Schachter, you’d find out she is a rower, Cape Codder, blogger, tweeter, Facebooker, and ice skater: pretty standard information. What you might not realize is that Kelsey loves all things low tech–Kelsey’s day planner is her life. This may seem contradictory to her passion for social media, but she enjoys taking these online connections and making them happen in real-time events. Kelsey is all about the details, because it’s the little things like hand-written thank-you notes that make things special. |

Welina Farah |
Welina is your typical 22 year old living in Boston. If you overheard her answering the question, “Where do you love to go in the city?”, beware: no two answers are ever the same. Anything and everything will entice our little Bostonian, giving her an eye of objectivity and an unbiased love for most, if not all. To call her detail-oriented would be an understatement. She notices the little things in a big situation, which can be helpful when details are of dire importance. She is a senior at UMass Boston majoring in Sociology, and hopes to continue working in social media. |

There, she worked on several campaigns and trained young professionals on how to blog and tweet as ambassadors. She also organized several tweetups herself. Her goals with tweetups included bringing graduates and young professionals together, as well as exchanging thoughts and ideas with HR managers and recruiters on employer branding. Fee (pronounced “Fay”) moved to Boston in January 2011. |
